How is his call on Schlussel not spot-on? When VT got shot up, it was hilarious watching her update her blog comments ("People shot at VT? Has to be a Muslim!... He's Asian? Must be an Asian Muslim!... He's Korean? Must be a Korean Muslim!... He's not a Muslim? That's impossible, he must be a Paki in disguise!") and of course her instant jump-to-conclusion about the idjit in Michigan that blew his hand off playing with black powder tennis balls.
The problem is that terrorism by non-Muslims gets thrown by the wayside and never gets factored into your thinking. The assumptions that Islam is inherently Satanic/evil, that all Muslims are barbarians, etc. is fed by things like this, yet terror acts by non-Arabs and non-Muslims do not get factored in.
"Aha!" this blog post shouts. "Our assumptions are justified!" despite the numerous terror acts by other groups that don't fit into neat little categories that can be searched at airports because of their skin color or faith.
